There has been many speculations that Samsung's upcoming M41 will be equipped with the third party OLED display manufactured by china star optoelectronics technology (CSOT) owned by TCL.
If the smartphone had launched M41 would have been the first Samsung phone with a non Samsung display.
Samsung tend to use third party displays for its smartphones to ensure constant and consistent supply of displays in bulk for high profile customers like Apple.
Finally Samsung cancelled the launch of M41 because the chinese OLED manufacturer CSOT wasn't able to meet the display standards that intially they thought of .
New inside rumours suggest that OEM will soon launch M51 with its own display.
